Camden Symphony Orchestra is one of London's leading non-professional orchestras. Under our Musical Director Levon Parikian, CSO seeks to combine the familiar staples of the classical and romantic repertoire with less well-known and more challenging works. Founded as Camden Chamber Orchestra, we rebranded as Camden Symphony Orchestra in 2013 to reflect the orchestra's size and repertoire.
Recent concerts have featured symphonies by Beethoven, Shostakovich and Tchaikovsky; concertos by Britten, Ireland and Prokofiev; and stage and screen music by Barry, Korngold, Sibelius and Verdi. We also perform regularly with our friends at Islington Choral Society. We look forward to seeing you at our next concert, and we're always pleased to hear from instrumentalists keen to play with us.
